Ages 1 month – 17 years old
Juggling family, work, and household responsibilities can be overwhelming. We can help! While family time and family visits are a priority in family bonding and reunification, transporting your children to important meetings and appointments can seem impossible. Our Visit Supervisors are Mandated Reporters trained in CPR/First Aid, Blood Pathogens, Behavioral Health and Defensive Driving. Safety and Quality Service are our top priorities when working with your loved ones.
Our Visit Supervisors are contracted to travel within 100 miles of Olympia, Washington (with some exceptions). We will pickup your child(ren) and deliver him/her/them to their same-day visit/appointment, and return them as needed.

Transportation Schedules
Whether transportation is needed one-time, weekly, or monthly, we’ve got you covered. We will discuss your needs and create a Visit Schedule together to fit your budget, household and school schedules. Schedules are confirmed on a weekly basis and can be modified with adequate notice. We try to be as flexible as we can while maintaining a reliable and consistent schedule for your children and our contractors.
Terms & Conditions
We service foster youth, youth with disabilities, children and youth of both biological and adoptive families. However, we must take additional precautionary measures for cases handled by the Department of Children, Youth, and Families. We cannot service any minor without written authorization from a parent or caregiver 18+ years old. All services are contracted and pre-scheduled, so spontaneous requests are not permitted.
Riding Safely
Visit Supervisors are trained in Defensive Driving, insured to cover your fragile cargo, and equipped with the proper car seats, boosters, and harnesses for your specific needs. We can also use your safety seats and toys to help your child(ren) feel more comfortable during the ride. We have Visit Supervisors available who are certified to handle medically fragile children and those with disabilities, so your specific needs will be considered and discussed during consultation.
Age-Appropriate
Children are not encouraged to eat or participate in any potentially harmful activities during transport, as the Visit Supervisor will be focused on safely delivering your children to their destination. Any food/drink purchased for the benefit of the child will be billed for reimbursement. Likewise, Visit Supervisors will maintain an age-appropriate experience during the ride and/or family visit, avoiding inappropriate music, language, and media, or any unhealthy or unsafe behaviors.
