  • Interested Contractors must attend a CFS Info Session to learn about becoming one of our Supervisors or multi-disciplinary professionals.

  • Independent Contractors are provided the Onboarding Checklist after attending an Info Session and must complete all required steps listed prior to connecting with clients.

  • Subscribed Contractors are given access to the Career Portal and our Onboarding Guide, which provides details for getting started and staying on track with C.A.R.E. Family Services.

  • Subscribed Contractors are given access to a list of forms to be completed and/or held by contractors, as well as a list of agency-approved forms for services rendered to clients.

  • C.A.R.E. Family Services uses a state-approved referral system to record and report family supportive services. Clients can also opt-in to receiving more information on and referrals to local businesses and organizations that partner with C.A.R.E. in support of community healing.

  • Access free social work and behavioral training and workshops here. C.A.R.E. is a proud member of Thurston Chamber of Commerce, Supervised Visitation Network, and Medicaid Provider, offering continous resources, workshops, and events to expand knowledge and expertise in child development, safety, social work, behavioral health, mental and physical health and wellness. We encourage all Contractors (and Clients) to exercise healthy, holistic work-life balance and to continuously educate themselves on state regulatory practices.

  • C.A.R.E. Family Services supports clients and contractors with professional billing, reports, and invoicing.
